Conference registration

• Early bird (until Sunday, October 8): EUR 280
• Regular fee after the early bird deadline: EUR 320
• Registration deadline for in-person attendance: Friday, October 27
• Online participation: EUR 60

The conference fee will be paid upon the registration (credit card or online payment from Finnish banks).

Conference package

Conference package includes full board in a selected room (3 nights, breakfast, lunch, afternoon coffee, and dinner) and a single entry to Koli Relax Spa (optional). Please, indicate clearly in the registration form which room type you prefer! The conference package shall be paid directly to the hotel during the conference!

We will deliver room reservations to the hotel based on information provided on registration.

EUR 408,80 / person in a shared double standard room (+ EUR 35 for the optional Spa visit / person)
EUR 363,80 / person in a shared room for three persons (+ EUR 35 for the optional Spa visit / person)
